  • The estimated arrival time for our ordinary airmail shipping is:

    – 9-12 business days to European countries (excluding Germany)

  • Any shipping dates we provide you are simply estimates, and we will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, penalties imposed by the mail service provider, or expenditures incurred as a result of any delay in shipping the products to you unless caused by our negligence.

  • When the goods you ordered are shipped to your specified shipping address, you will become the owner of the goods.

• We are unable to reship your order if a package is not shipped due to customer issues (i.e., the customer was not at home or failed to pick up the item from the mail service provider on time).

• Our free replacement policy only applies to products seized by customs, products damaged during shipping, or if incorrect products were shipped.


• Items are wrapped with carbon photo paper to prevent X-ray scanners from revealing their contents. We can conceal your commodities inside toys, video cassettes, souvenirs, or any other items of your desire.

• We will only send the purchased products to the address you provided when you made your transaction.

• Even if items are seized (a mere 1% likelihood based on our data over the years), we cover the whole loss.

• We have a 99.9 percent success rate in the UK, a 99.5 percent success rate in Canada and Europe, and a 97 percent success rate in South Africa when it comes to getting items past Customs controls.
